What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Guests need to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in.
Is breakfast served?
Yes. A buffet breakfast is served daily and can be included with selected rates.
Is there a restaurant on site?
Yes. Jeera serves Indian cuisine from breakfast to dinner, the Riviera Restaurant offers an à la carte menu and the Riviera Bar serves cocktails.
Can I park at the hotel?
Private parking is available on site without reservation and costs ZAR 55 per day.
Does the hotel have a pool?
Yes. The outdoor pool is free, open all year and welcomes all ages.
Is there an airport shuttle?
Yes. A shuttle to King Shaka International Airport, 29 km away, can be arranged for an additional charge.
How close is the beach?
The hotel is on the beachfront, about a five-minute walk from Suncoast Beach.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available in all areas free of charge.
Are children welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome. Cribs for children up to 2 years are free on request, subject to availability. There are no extra beds.

Pets are not allowed.
Are there rooms with a balcony?
Yes. The Executive Double Double and the Deluxe Suites with balcony both have a private balcony.
